The outgoing USC officers shall hold an assembly to choose the S-COMELEC adviser for the upcoming USC Executive Board Officers Election.
The adviser shall:
Advise the Students Commission on Elections; and
Ensure that the S-COMELEC performs its duties in accordance with the goals and principles of the Commission.
