Secretary General

The S-COMELEC Secretary-General shall be elected by the Commissioners.

The Secretary-General shall:

1. Take down the minutes of all S-COMELEC meeting and hearings;

2. Prepare communications and secure submitted documents;

3. Provide voter's list in each polling booth;

4. Document all cases for future references; and

5. Perform all other functions and exercise duties as delegated by the Chairperson or as provided by this code.
