Power, Duties and Responsibilities
Why does voting matter?
Voting matters for students in university elections; it gives them a voice in selecting representatives who will address their needs, advocate for their interests, and improve campus life. Through voting, students can contribute to fostering democratic and inclusive leaders.
This aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions by promoting participatory decision-making and accountable governance at the university level.
